Prior to our initial consultation, I'll provide you with a comprehensive health questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed specifically to gather essential information about your unique health journey, with a particular focus on women's health including gut health, hormones, energy, mood, and skin.

In preparation for our initial consultation, I'll provide you with a 3-day food diary to complete. This food diary is an essential tool that focuses on what you've consumed, along with specific timelines, to help me gain a deeper understanding of your dietary habits in relation to your unique health.

CONSULTATIONS
Here we discuss your progress, what’s worked and what hasn’t and the results you’ve had so far. I will also answer any questions you may have. I will coach, educate and encourage you on your health journey as you make those incremental and yet pivotal changes to your diet and lifestyle. At this stage, we may also dive deeper into functional lab testing, where I interpret and discuss the relevance of your report results and how we can best apply them to your protocol. I tweak the plan in order to make it as highly effective and personalised at each stage of your transformative health journey and leading to the best possible outcome for your unique health goals.
